We’re excited to announce framing completion on this fantastic Golf Course home in the coveted Rope Rider neighborhood within Suncadia Resort. Designed with 4-season living and entertaining in mind, this home features over 3,500 SF of open concept living and six bedrooms. The Great Room’s folding wall of windows and two-story ceiling height graciously connects indoor and outdoor living spaces.

With framing completion, we’re off to complete one of our favorite milestones – Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing rough-ins. Once complete, the home will quickly take shape as we insulate and drywall revealing spacious layouts, rooms, and gorgeously appointed finishes.
